Music video of the Abacay project entitled...

This is another slightly older work. This is a music video for the song Luka by the music project Abacay. The song is originally by Suzanne Vega. At that time there was no 4K/UHD. MySpace was an important platform for artists.

Köln Videoproduktion - the best way to record concerts, theater performances, events, talks...
... to publish them on TV, web, on BluRay, DVD.

High goals, but only a small budget - a big challenge?

These options usually get in each other s way. However, Köln Videoproduktion is the exception to the rule. We use the latest generation cameras with large 1 inch image sensors that are modern. Optimum image quality is ensured even in difficult lighting conditions. Programmable motor pan tilters enable the cameras to be operated remotely, minimizing personnel costs and lowering the costs for you as the client.

From our range of services

Video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

A main field of activity of Köln Videoproduktion is multi-camera video recording and video production. We use cameras of the same type. When it comes to image quality, Köln Videoproduktion makes no compromises. The recording is at least in 4K/UHD. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. Köln Videoproduktion offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. Remote-controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled in a variety of ways from just one central point. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.

Video reports for television and the Internet

Through many years of activity, we also have a wealth of experience in this area. Several hundred TV reports, video reports and reports were produced and broadcast. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.

Video production of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on the assignment, several cameras are also used for interviews, discussion events and roundtables. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. More than two cameras are always necessary when it comes to interviews and conversations with several people. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. If rounds of talks without an audience are to be video-recorded, the motor pan-tilt may not be necessary. This reduces the technical effort.

Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. If you would like video material from you or from other sources to be integrated, you are welcome to submit this. Audio tracks from concert recordings can also be remixed and remastered.

Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

Köln Videoproduktion offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs offer particular advantages over other storage media, and not just for archiving. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
