Multi-camera video production is a main focus of Köln Videoproduktion. Professional cameras of the same type are used. When it comes to image quality, Köln Videoproduktion makes no compromises. The recording is at least in 4K/UHD. The video editing takes place on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, Köln Videoproduktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives. Remote controlled cameras are used. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.

Through many years of activity, we also have a wealth of experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. When it comes to interview or conversation situations in which several people take part, we naturally rely on the proven multi-camera method. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. The technical effort is reduced if the video recording is of discussions without an audience.

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is of course only half the battle. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. If additional text and image material is to be integrated, this is not a problem. Logos and blurbs can also be designed and integrated. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
