This is another slightly older work. A music video by artist Tommy Fresh titled You are my sunshine. The video shoot was organized relatively spontaneously. At that time there was no 4K/UHD.

A challenging combination: demands and a tight budget?

Usually one is mutually exclusive. However, Köln Videoproduktion is the exception to the rule. We use cameras with the latest generation of large 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Excellent image quality is ensured even under difficult lighting conditions. Cameras can be controlled remotely through the use of programmable motor pan-tilts, thus minimizing personnel expenditure, which leads to cost savings.

Synchronous recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

When it comes to multi-camera recording and video production, Köln Videoproduktion is your partner. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video material is cut on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, Köln Videoproduktion can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. Only through multi-camera video production is it possible to record many areas of the event simultaneously in image and sound. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.

TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.

Video recording of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.

Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. A complete video production includes the creation and integration of logos, blurbs and, if necessary, additional image, text and video material. If you would like video material from you or from other sources to be integrated, you are welcome to submit this. Audio tracks from concert recordings can also be remixed and remastered.

CD, DVD, Blu-ray Disc - Small Series Manufacturing

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. The security of the data on USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is not guaranteed for eternity. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
